WELCOME TO Koa's Fitness

Thank you for visiting Koa's Fitness! I graduated from Grand Canyon University where I was powerlifting for 3 years. I am the current head coach of the powerlifting club at GCU. Currently, I hold 12 Colorado State records across multiple federations and divisions. I took first place in the 2024 Powerlifting America University Nationals and represented Team USA at Univeristy Worlds, finishing 5th place.
